About the program
What this looks like on the ground
Showing livestock is one of the most powerful character-building experiences a young Texan can have — and one of the most expensive. Our sponsorships help cover animal costs, feed, equipment, vet care, and entry fees so motivated youth can compete on a level playing field.
Sponsorships start at $100. Reach out to sponsor a specific student or contribute to our general Ag Project fund.
How it works
A simple, human process
Tell us about the student
Sponsors can name a specific FFA or 4-H student, or contribute to the general fund.
We match funds to needs
Funds are allocated to animal purchase, feed, equipment, vet care, or entry fees.
Follow their season
Sponsors receive show updates and photos from the student and family.
My sponsorship covered feed for the entire season. I made it to state — and I am hooked for life.

How do I sponsor a specific student?
Email contact@pgmfoundation.org with the student's name and chapter — we will coordinate the match.
What happens if a show is cancelled?
Funds remain with the student's project for the next eligible show or roll into the general fund.
Can businesses sponsor?
Absolutely. We offer recognition options for business sponsors at higher giving tiers.
