What this looks like on the ground

The PGMF Scholarship supports Texas high school seniors and current college students with a demonstrated commitment to agriculture, education, or community service. Awards can be applied toward tuition, books, fees, and approved educational expenses.

How it works

A simple, human process

Request materials

Email us to receive the current application packet and timeline.

Submit application

Provide transcripts, an essay, and one letter of recommendation.

Review & award

Our review committee selects recipients and disburses funds directly to the institution.

Do I need to be studying agriculture?

No. Any field of study is eligible, though we look for commitment to agriculture, education, or community service.

Can current college students apply?

Yes — both graduating Texas seniors and currently enrolled Texas students may apply.

When are awards announced?

Typically late spring, with funds disbursed before the fall semester.
